1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pumpkin Slices (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Non-Custodial & Informational Nature

Pumpkin Slices is an expense-tracking, balance-calculation, and debt-simplification application. Pumpkin Slices is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter. We do not hold, transfer, custody, or transmit money between group members. All debt settlements between members are executed independently outside of the platform.

3. Group Tiers & Payment Upgrades ($2.99)

Pumpkin Slices offers a Free Tier (up to 10 entries per group) and a single-payment Unlocked Tier ($2.99 per group).

• Shared Group Expense: The $2.99 upgrade fee is automatically logged as a shared group expense split equally among members.
• Non-Recurring: The $2.99 upgrade is a one-time charge per group, granting 2 years of active retention and unlimited expense entries.
• Payment Processing: Upgrades are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If you purchase an Unlocked Tier upgrade ($2.99) and experience technical issues or are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Support.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Platform for unlawful activities, fraud, spam, or transmitting illegal content. Passcodes should be safeguarded by group creators.
